Three clear choices
Accept all optional enables the one optional feature: remembering article reading positions on this device. Reject non-essential leaves it off. Manage preferences lets you choose that feature individually. Closing the settings without saving does not count as acceptance. Invalid or expired choices default to off.
A compact Cookie Settings control is available throughout the publication. Without JavaScript, it leads to this policy; use your browser’s site-data controls to remove previously saved information. If storage is restricted, the feature reports that it cannot reliably save the affected preference and keeps optional behavior off.

What this inventory covers
The inventory describes the supplied reading features reviewed October 12, 2026. These features do not use sessionStorage. They do not include advertising, analytics or embedded external media. WordPress administration, other installed software and infrastructure may have separate necessary or optional technology.
Web requests pass through the hosting and security services selected by the publisher. This package does not identify or independently verify the live host, CDN, service providers or processing locations. Contact the publisher for the configuration that applies to this website. The publisher should update this policy when the actual configuration changes, rather than assume the inventory describes every service at the host.
Withdrawal has a defined scope
Your choice applies to this browser and website path. Other devices may have different choices. Rejecting optional storage stops future reading-position storage and attempts to delete the supplied reading record. It does not delete email, server logs, downloaded or printed files, or records held by an external source.
